Responsibilities:
- Provide invaluable REMOTE assistance to individuals seeking healthcare services
- Guide clients through insurance carrier systems REMOTELY, ensuring they understand their options
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care REMOTELY for seamless healthcare experiences
- Educate clients REMOTELY on available resources to empower informed decision-making
- Collaborate REMOTELY with healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive support to clients
- Maintain meticulous records of REMOTE client interactions and services provided
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an insurance call center setting is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, even in a REMOTE environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to REMOTE work
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, TLD CRM Software, and Insurance Carrier Portals for REMOTE tasks
- MUST hold a valid 2-40 Health Insurance License for REMOTE positions
Compensation:
- Earn $15-$20 per hour for REMOTE positions
