Job Description:
We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and patient Technology Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will not be afraid to work with seniors and will have a lot of patience. You will work closely with the team lead and assist staff and residents with tech issues.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot IOS and Android devices.
- Install, reset, and order K4 unit sensors.
- Assist staff and residents with tech issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tech space.
- Conduct inventory checks for printers, laptops, iPads, and various tech items.
- Assist with the rollout of Echo Dots and Vimeo training once the program is rolled out.
- Mostly help with level 1 IT Help desk tickets.
Qualifications:
Must be outgoing and not afraid to work with seniors.
Must be friendly and have a lot of patience.
Experience in troubleshooting IOS and Android devices is preferred.
Experience in inventory management is a plus.
Note: This role will work closely with the team lead and involves a lot of walking and carrying.
