We're continuing down the path of high growth and high impact, and this role is a key member of the Marketing Team making that happen.

As Member Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving awareness and adoption of HealthJoy's products across our member audience. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring partnership with many teams including Customer Success, Member Services, Product Marketing, and Clinical.

Your impact.

• Understand our member audience's needs and partner with the Member Marketing Lead to analyze how that changes over time; support the development of our member personas
• Support the execution of our member-facing marketing campaigns across all channels, including: email, SMS, push notifications, webinars, etc. to drive awareness and ongoing utilization of HealthJoy's services
• Keep up with digital engagement tactics and best practices to improve our Member Marketing campaigns over time
• Collaborate with stakeholders like Member Services, Clinical Coaches, and Product to ensure member-facing messaging is consistent across all channels
• Support the Product Marketing Managers and Member Marketing Lead with new product launches by executing on member-facing product launch strategies
• Support Content Marketing team with development of member-facing collateral
• Support the process of capturing member success stories and promoting them internally and externally

Your experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, membership marketing, or related field with a strong foundation of email marketing
• Experience working in the healthcare, technology, or healthtech industries preferred
• Experience working for a B2C and/or mobile app company is a plus
• People-oriented with the ability to quickly build strong working relationships
• Creative problem-solver and go-getter mentality
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and ambiguity
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

Job Level: 20

Salary: $80,000-$95,000

The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes. This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance.

HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
