The Position

Our Front-of-House team acts as the guest-facing element of guest service, which includes taking orders, managing and bagging to-go orders, bringing food to guests, and curating the experience of all in our space. This position also includes training for our barista position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and care for customers from ordering at the counter to table service
• Follow all provided guidelines for various work stations: dining rooms, register, expediter, food line and coffee bar
• Maintain a clean and orderly work station
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Knowledge of health and safety rules
• Manual dexterity able to carry various objects, operate order terminal, operate kitchen/barista equipment.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• A team player with good communication skills
• Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
• Very good physical condition and endurance

Job Type: Part-time and full-time positions. Flexible weekend availability required.

Wage: Commensurate with experience. Flexible schedule, guaranteed hours, and pooled tips.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
