What Will You Do?
- Be the Voice of Serendipity Labs: You'll be the first point of contact, making sure every phone call and email is filled with warmth and professionalism.
- Make Bookings with Enthusiasm: You'll be responsible for booking anything from a one hour meeting for 2 people to larger scale multiday events with AV and catering options. Your persuasive skills will not just inform but also excite prospects about what we offer.
- Personalize Experience: From booking a meeting or event to liaising with our local teams to build the very best meeting solution, every detail counts in creating a personalized experience for our prospects.
- Create Rapport: Some of our customers will connect with you regularly and will enjoy being recognized as well as being assisted.
- Hit Targets with a Smile: Your goal? To not just meet but exceed sales targets, all while having fun and bringing positive energy to the team.
- Continuous Growth: Provide insightful feedback, embrace learning, and continually evolve in your role.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ year(s) experience in a call center, inside sales, or customer service.
- Industry knowledge and/or formal booking/hospitality or customer service training is a plus but not a must-have.
