OUR RECEPTIONIST PHILOSOPHY:
Our Booking Specialists are the face and voice of BARK U. You are the first, last, and sometimes only person interacting directly with our human clients. It is up to you to transfer the fun, happy, and excited culture of BARK U to our guests while still maintaining an emphasis on safety, efficiency, and professionalism. We want everyone to be happy, safe, and comfortable while they are with us. BARK U is the place to be for humans and dogs!
RECEPTION RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Greeting customers and handling accurate Check-in and Check-out of all dogs
- Educating new and prospective clients on products and services
- Scheduling and Booking Boarding/Daycare/Training/Salon Appointments
- Answering Phones and Emails
- Taking Payments
- New Client intakes
- Working with Handler staff to run dogs and assist as otherwise needed
- Ensuring all office paperwork is complete and accurate
- Making follow up calls after services
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionalism, dedication to work, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable with high call volume
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Internet, Word, etc.)
- Reliable transportation
- Must love dogs!!!

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
