We are looking for help Tuesdays - Sundays. Please indicate what days you are available in your online application.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Comic Book Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for comics, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to accurately price and grade Comic Books. If you're enthusiastic about sharing your Comic Book expertise with customers and ensuring an exceptional buying experience, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

• Provide outstanding customer service, offering assistance, recommendations, and information about our extensive Comic Book collection.
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for Comic Book enthusiasts and new customers alike.

2. Comic Grading and Pricing:

• Accurately assess and grade Comic Books based on industry standards.
• Determine fair market values for comics, considering factors like condition, rarity, and market trends.

3. Inventory Management:

• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory of Comic Books.
• Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and collaborate with the team on ordering new titles.

4. Sales and Upselling:

• Actively promote and upsell Comic Book-related products, merchandise, and collectibles.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Market Knowledge:

• Stay informed about current trends in the Comic Book industry.
• Provide insights on market demands, helping to shape our product selection.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for Comics:

• Deep love and knowledge of Comic Books across various genres and publishers.

2. Customer Service Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored recommendations.

3. Comic Grading Expertise:

• Experience in accurately grading Comic Books based on industry standards.

4. Sales Experience:

• Proven track record in sales, with an ability to meet or exceed targets.

5. Organizational Skills:

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Team Player:

• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work as part of a dynamic team.
