Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in a Front Desk or customer service role preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of hospitality management systems and phone systems - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with ease - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.
