Job description

Summary of Position:

The Client Care Coordinator is responsible for engaging in face-to-face client interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients and provide exceptional customer service. Educate, recommend, and sell medical aesthetic procedures, services and products. You must have a strong aptitude, excellent closing skills and a passion for sales, medical aesthetics and the beauty industry. The Client Care Coordinator should be knowledgeable of the features and benefits of all service and retail offerings, packages and monthly promotions. You must understand how to effectively recommend the best CasaGlow MedSpa has to offer to meet the needs of our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Be on time for shift.
  • Ensure the smooth, effective operation of the front desk, retail area and spa.
  • Oversee guest check-in and check-out, closing of sales, rebooking appointments, and other administrative tasks.
  • Answer the front desk phone promptly.
  • Open and/or close the spa daily.
  • Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
  • Actively promote and discuss a range of medical aesthetic procedures and products with clientele, sales and special promotions.
  • Assist guests with appropriate service and retail selections.
  • Handle patient sales escalations professionally and courteously, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Follow up with potential guests and leads, converting no sales to new guests
  • Utilize Boulevard booking system with skill and proficiency.
  • Ensure appropriate scheduling
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals as outlined by management.
  • Assist medical team with add-ons and upgraded sales
  • Ensure all sales forms and consents have been provided, reviewed and signatures have been executed properly
  • Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
  • Maintain eye contact when addressing external and internal guests.
  • Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all follow up requests by guests.
  • Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked and well organized work area.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods of time.
  • Maintain a positive attitude
  • Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
  • Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of medspa experience
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Fluency in English
  • Computer literate with Google, Windows, Excel, Cherry, RX Photos, Boulevard booking software, etc.
  • Must be able to be productive and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task while achieving goals/objectives
  • Ensure proper documentation
  • Excellent client service skills—enthusiasm, friendliness, diplomacy, approachable and confident.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and embrace new challenges.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, which includes evenings and weekends
  • Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
  • Proficient in all social media platforms-Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok

Salary:

  • salary based on experience
  • 40 hours per week as needed
  • Full Time

Pay: $35,000.00 per hour
