FULL TIME OR PART TIME
FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR / RECEPTIONIST
for our Orlando location
PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:
-MEDICAL LAB
-MEDSPA
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in the aesthetics field with knowledge of non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
-Friendly with Excellent client service skills.
Multitasker, organized, punctual and a team player.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
-Attention detail and accuracy.
-Good judgment and character of ethics.
-Willing to learn new skills.
-Spanish is an asset.
TASKS:
-Excellent client care.
-Answer phone calls.
-Appointments management.
-Promote services and programs.
-Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to client inquiries.
-To complete client transactions.
-Manage multiple tasks.
-Opening and closing duties of the office.
-To maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance.
-To maintain absolute office and client confidentiality according to company policy.
-To assist with other duties as assigned by management.
HOURLY PAY:
$14 to $16 plus performance bonus
OFFICE HOURS:
Monday to Friday (9am to 7pm)
Saturday (10am to 2pm)
WORKING HOURS:
4 hours shifts
6 hours shifts
8 hours shifts
10 hours shifts
Weekends (On Rotation Basis)
