Job Description: The Brace Place - an Orthodontic Specialty Private Practice is seeking a Front Office Coordinator (Clermont, FL)

We are looking to hire an experienced team member for our Front Office, who is hardworking, self-motivated and has an outgoing personality. Bilingual is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
Superior communication and customer service skills.
Experience in Dental Front Office operations, preferably Orthodontics. We love our patients, and we have a great rapport with them – the Front office Manager is the “business card” of our practice and must be extremely professional and gracious with all patients.
Must be a strong Team Player, and able to multi-task and display excellence in all he/she does.
Must be well organized, detail oriented, proactive and possess a sense of urgency and a great work ethic.
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and punctual each day.
A motivated and polished professional with a positive “can-do-attitude”
Must have billing and collection experience along with experience handling all insurance matters (i.e., insurance verification, filing of claims, following up with claims, etc.
Willing to learn and master our orthodontic specialty software including the financial portion of the front desk duties (i.e., patients’ contracts, accepting payments, etc.)
Basic Computer skills with Microsoft Words, Excel etc.
Manage marketing projects / activities and events to promote growth of practice.
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Prior orthodontic or at least dental background is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent required
At least 2 years of dental or Orthodontic Front Office administrative experience
