Apex Machine Company, a world-wide manufacturer of custom printing and decorating systems located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is seeking a Front Office Administrative Coordinator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· General Front Office duties including answering phone, distributing mail, and ordering office supplies
· Accounts payable matching and entry
· Shipping & customs documentation for international shipments
· Daily logistics coordination of incoming and outgoing shipments
· Oversight and troubleshooting of domestic and international shipment issues
· Coordination and scheduling of machine and system shipments
· Creation and maintenance of each machine master file
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
Normal hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm.
Starting Salary - $50,000+ based on experience
