Medical Spa Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
Applicants must have prior experience in at a Medical Spa or front desk at a medical office.
This Representative is responsible for optimizing client satisfaction by ensuring that patient requests are met with the highest quality of professionalism and customer service.
The ideal candidate will serve as the face of Beauty Theory, working directly with patients as they check in and ensuring their first impression is welcoming and personable, book appointments, answer patient questions, recommend further treatments, check out clients, and other administrative duties. This role requires someone who must be reliable in interacting with patients in a fast-paced environment. You must be friendly, outgoing, and ready to interact with guests making for an exceptional experience when the guest arrives.We are looking for an individual who is organized, and has the ability to follow through and complete work assignments independently.

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct each customer with pleasant and professional attitudes
- Schedule / Reschedule patients- as needed
- Tidying communal areas / maintaining spa like experience / restocking of product inventory
- Eagerness to fill cancellations
- Learn products and services offered at Medical Spa
- Complete open / closing shift responsibilities as assigned by management
- Answer phone calls, provide consultative / concierge type service, while assisting clients with the reason for the call.
- Handle cash and card transactions – tracking daily reconciliations
- Do customer returns and exchanges following company return policy
- Maintain a polished and professional personal image
- Keeps records of monthly promotions
- Attend on-going training in order to keep current on new technologies and education involving the esthetics and Medical Spa field.
- Communicate frequently with the members to ensure their total satisfaction and to obtain their feedback, following up on observations, suggestions and any complaints.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience and knowledge of clinical skincare brands such as ZO Skin Care, SkinMedica, Colorescience, Upneeq, and more.
- Experience and knowledge of clinical procedures such as injectables, lasers, and more.
- Experience with the following Software: Aesthetics Pro, Gravity, ALLE
