U South Tampa is looking for a Medical Spa Receptionist! We are a small medical boutique that keeps the beautiful people of Tampa Bay….Beautiful!
Part time sales, part time relationship guru, and 100% about our customers, you’ll contribute and collaborate to drive the customer service and relations forward at U South Tampa with a base hourly wage and with a quarterly commission!
As the Medical Spa Receptionist at U South Tampa, you will lead by selling with focus to the customers. All activities related to this position will incorporate a warm and friendly personality and a clean, relaxing, and organized environment. You will lead initiatives and related efforts to increase customer loyalty, while delivering on U South Tampa’s customer service and reputation.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :
· Working the reception desk
· Communicating with patients and pharmaceutical reps
· Scheduling patient appointments
· Reminding patients of upcoming appointments and tracking missed appointments
· Answering telephone and accurately documenting messages
· Following up on return calls
· Checking-in patients and properly documenting registration
· Verification of patient demographics
· Collecting payments from patients
· Paying bills
· Convert incoming inquiries into consults
· Photographing patients
· Meet and Greet Customers (with a smile!)
· Manage patient rewards programs
· Opening and closing the office
· Ordering supplies
· Maintenance of inventory
· Coordinating Staff lunches
· Light house keeping (garbage, plants, dusting, water delivery, laundry service, etc)
· Uploading photographs and consents to patient charts
· Decorating the office for holidays
· Set up rooms for procedures if needed
· Assisting with social media posts (manage social media if experienced)
· Adhering to all HIPAA, and OSHA protocols.
· Problem solve to help maintain a highly functioning and busy medspa.
· Maintain updates on computers/ipads
· Assisting customers on product and procedure purchases
· Print daily/monthly reports
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies:
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
· Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies.
· Ability to monitor and maneuver daily schedules for all providers
· Self-motivated. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
· Ability to collaborate and function as a member of a team.
· High School Diploma or equivalent required
· Familiar with Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, etc)
· 2 years related experience in salon, medspa, or medical office
· Basic knowledge of cosmetic procedures (Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Facials, etc)
· Work independently with confidence
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
