Medical Wellness Spa Patient Care Manager

As our location manager, your primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service and maintaining customer relationships to ensure each customer has an outstanding experience with Pure Hydration. We are looking for a hard-working, reliable, and upbeat individual to add to our team. Job details include:

- Greet customers, answer phone calls, and schedule appointments
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve all customer complaints
- Understand customer consent form and assist customer through consent form language
- Understand IV therapy, Cold Therapy, Heat Therapy, Compression therapy and vitamin benefits.
- Gain knowledge about all products sold at spa
- Proficient with Midbody and Deputy platforms
- Manage appointments, memberships, and customer profiles
- Maintain inventory numbers
- Cleaning and maintain shop and equipment
- Opening/closing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
