We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors and clients. Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information about the company, products, and services to callers and visitors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking office supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Experience with product demonstrations or sales is a plus (jewelry sales, electronics sales, wireless sales)
- Ability to sell products or services to customers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems is desirable
