Medical Spa Receptionist with experience.
We are an award-winning Medical Spa that is rapidly growing and we our looking for talented professionals.
The ideal candidates are positive, outgoing, flexible, detail oriented, organized, and dependable team player. Strong computer skills are a plus and a professional phone etiquette.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Be able to multi-task
- Work in a team environment
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Respond to clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure front desk area and client rooms are clean and tidy
- Confirm client appointments through phone calls
- Up-sell products and services
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
