```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the medical office
- Schedule appointments for patients using the EMR scheduling system
- Maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date in the medical records system
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address any concerns or questions they may have
```Qualifications:```
-Skilled at computers. Mac friendly is a plus
-Social Media Skills
- Previous experience working in a Medical Spa office is preferred
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate patient records
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and scanners
