Rejuveis searching for a motivated Clinical/Medical Spa Manager,(if you're a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) that's a bonus), to lead and oversee our innovative spa facility.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for the industry, knowledge about aesthetic treatments (including injectable procedures such as Botox and IV therapy), and an entrepreneurial spirit to run the facility as if it is their own. The ideal person will not just manage the facility, but will roll up their sleeves to ensure each part of the facility runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
1. Spa Operations Excellence:Take charge of all clinical and operational aspects of the spa, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facility maintenance. Manage and supervise team. Open and close facility.
2. Inspirational Team Leadership:Assemble, train, and guide a team of skilled aesthetic professionals, including medical aestheticians and nurses. Foster a collaborative environment, provide ongoing coaching, and nurture employee growth.
3. Patient-Centric Care:Conduct medical consultations, assessments, and treatments within your PA/NP scope of practice. Administer safe and effective aesthetic procedures like injectables, laser treatments, and skincare services.
4. Compliance and Quality Pinnacle:Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and infection control. Elevate patient safety and satisfaction through meticulous quality assurance measures.
5. Personalized Treatment Plans:Collaborate with patients to craft tailored treatment plans aligned with their aesthetic goals. Leverage your clinical prowess and industry knowledge to offer recommendations in line with the latest trends.
6. Strategic Marketing:Devise and implement strategies to attract and retain clients. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and community outreach. Stay attuned to industry trends for potential business expansion.
7. Financial Wisdom:Develop and manage the spa's budget, analyzing expenses and maximizing revenue. Monitor key performance indicators and strategize to attain profitability goals.
8. Network and Synergy:Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders, fostering partnerships to enhance the spa's offerings and reputation. Stay abreast of aesthetic medicine advancements and contribute to the spa's growth.
9. Strategic Partner:Demonstrate leadership and actively participate in strategic planning. Collaborate with owners on expansion plans and display potential to become a business partner.- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Other duties include:
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Sell and upsell other products and services to clients
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote spa services and increase brand awareness
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Must have managed a spa or Medical Spa.
- Managerial Acumen:Proven spa management experience, including operations, staff oversight, and business development.
- Aesthetic Mastery:Profound knowledge of biohacking treatments such as IV therapies, peptides, boosters, injections, fillers, microneedling, & PRP.
- Operational Wisdom:Strong grasp of spa operations, including protocols, equipment maintenance, and compliance.
- Leadership Excellence:Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in aesthetic technology and software systems.
- Business Vision:Strong financial acumen, ability to analyze reports, and drive revenue growth.
- Patient-Centric Ethos:Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and aesthetic results.
- Detail-Oriented:Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial Drive:Display potential and interest in becoming a business partner.
- Current Licensure: PhysicianAssistant(PA) orNurse Practitioner(NP) certification and licensure is a huge plus.
- Clinical Expertise:Minimum 3 years as a PA/NP, preferably in medical aesthetics. (optional)
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation depends on your experience.
