Responsibilities of the Medical Secretary:

- Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for residents and healthcare providers.
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and relay messages promptly and professionally.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Qualifications: Medical Secretary:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare administration are a plus.

- Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
