Responsibilities of the Medical Secretary:

• Manage and organize medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for residents and healthcare providers.
• Handle phone calls, inquiries, and relay messages promptly and professionally.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Qualifications: Medical Secretary:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in healthcare administration are a plus.

• Proven experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
