Job Description
Job Duties:
- Greet and assist customers coming into the store to purchase in home medical supplies
- Fill orders and cash out customers
- Assist Operations Manager in preparing and submitting paperwork for insurance billing
- Assist Operations Manager with referrals
- Schedule customers with Respiratory Therapist
- Follow up with Doctors and Customers on orders, paperwork and billing
- Close the store three times a week
- Customer service experience
- Experience with MS Excel, Office and Google Drives
- Ability to learn, grow and become an expert in the field
Monday – Friday 9:30a – 5:30p
Pay: $18-21, depending on experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, compassion for others and self motivated.
