Our growing client has an opening for a Customer ServiceRepresentative in the Albany, NY, area! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with excellent potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include:
- Extensive interaction with customers, partners and team via phone and email
- Anticipate and assess customer needs and make product recommendations
- Keep accurate records
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist outside sales team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for the role of Customer Service Representative:
- Associate's degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Prior CRM experience is preferred
- Must have reliable, private transportation
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging up to $20/hr.
