Job Description
We are the nation’s largest medical services provider to the life and health industry located in Jericho, NY. Currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our divisions. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our independent contractors in their businesses. Daily activities include but are not limited to, commissions and accounting, executing background checks, and communicating with our IT department to resolve any issues reported by these contractors.
More specifically, you will complete provider payment details and submit them to accounting, so that our direct billers get their commission payments on time, while supporting them so they can execute their responsibilities in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing completed paperwork for accuracy and omissions. If needed, you will orient contractors to improve their quality and service. We are looking to fill this vacancy immediately.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate must be punctual, organized, reliable, hard-working.
- Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, superb attention to detail, sharp memory, and an excellent attitude!
- Must be able to take direction and complete tasks accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Must be able to solve problems independently and in a team environment.
- Moderate to advanced user of Microsoft Office programs and email.
- Must be Computer/Internet Savvy.
- Must understand that providing a positive experience for our customers on each and every call is PRIORITY ONE.

This is NOT a work from home position. EXCELLENT Attendance and punctuality are a must for success in this position. Work hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
