Under the direction of the Business Office Manager, the Medical Records Clerk is responsible for organizing and maintaining the medical record system. Monitors patients’ Medical Records status and location throughout the surgery center and analyzes charts after surgery. This position will also learn other Business Office roles such as a Receptionist to help manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
