Looking for motivated, organized professional to work in a fast-paced
multi-provider medical specialty office.
Primary Duties:
- Perform patient registration, front desk reception, discharge of patients and clerical duties.
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Interact with patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude to maximize productivity.
- Obtain all necessary patient records as required or requested by practitioners.
- Prepare and maintain patient charts in EMR.
- Receive and process all incoming e-faxes.
- Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
Experience: EMR systems – 1 Year preferred
Medical Terminology – 1 Year Preferred
Medical Office – 1 Year Preferred
License:
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) (Preferred) but not required
