We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our teams in the Denver metro area. This will be a full-time position and you will be designated to float between our clinics in Denver, Thornton and Parker.
You will be a key member of our team responsible for greeting patients, managing provider schedules, interacting with patients and employers and completing other administrative work in addition to patient care opportunities. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable interacting with patients, physicians, other medical staff and community members. The right candidate for this position will enjoy working in a fast-paced medical office, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable using computers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a timely manner.
- Answer phones in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments for clinic services.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, answering phones, and faxing documents.
- Complete routine patient care functions (training available).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
