JobOverview:
We are a small, privately owned optometric practice located inside Costco, focused on comprehensive eye care. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with great customer service skills to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk patient flow
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Scheduling appointments, including walk-ins
- Identify patients’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternative
- Enter new patient information into system
- Obtain and verify patient demographics
- Verify insurance benefits and copayments
- Collect copayments and other patient balances
- Willing to learn new skills as required by the needs of the practice
- Assist staff members in other tasks as assigned

Benefits include: Paid time off, paid holidays, additional compensation for working Saturdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
