We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to become a part of our team! You will work with other administrative staff to manage patient flow, records maintenance, insurance claims, and appointment scheduling in a free standing ambulatory surgery center and affiliated spinal medicine and surgical practice. Medical billing experience required.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with staff to execute policies and procedures related to office productivity
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or healthcare related fields
- Experience in an office environment
- Strong clerical and organization skills
- Two year college degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Medical billing experience required
