SalaryEyes on Henry is a well-established optometric practice in downtown Spartanburg. Started over 100 years ago, the practice has a long history of serving the eye care needs of Spartanburg and surrounding areas. Husband and wife team, Drs. Louis and Janell Martin, own the practice now.
We provide primary eye care to patients of all ages. Our services include routine glasses and contact lens exams, medical eye exams, ocular disease screenings and treatments and co-management of surgical patients.
Our team is extremely focused on the patient experience and providing high quality patient care. Our staff members work closely together and seek to be supportive of one another.
We are looking to hire an individual whose primary responsibilities will be focused on insurance verification. Job responsibilities will also include assisting with other typical Front Desk tasks including scheduling appointments, collecting payment from patients and answering phones.

Office Hours (flexibility in hours that employee will work, but mornings preferred):
- Monday 7:00-5:30
- Tuesday 8:00-5:30
- Wednesday 8:00-5:30
- Thursday 8:00-5:30
- Friday 8:00-12:00

- Ability to multi-task and manage details
- Ability to work well independently, but also to interact well with others
- Ability to learn new things
At least one year of experience in a Medical/Optometry Front Office is Required Familiarity with Medical Coding is a Plus
