SalaryWe are a pediatric office serving a diverse population with 2 locations, Everett and Revere. We are seeking an applicant who is friendly with strong communication and multi-tasking skills, who is self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Making outbound patient outreach calls for scheduling
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Data entry of demographics and insurance information
- Collecting payment
- Verifying insurance eligibility
- Scanning, Faxing
- Processing referrals
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Electronic medical record knowledge preferably EPIC is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Anticipated work schedule: 4 days a week(34 hours weekly) + 1 Saturday a month
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday all shifts are from 9 AM to 6 PM
One Saturday a month: 8:30 AM to 1 PM
Some flexibility is expected,

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 34 – 36 per week
