SalaryFull time receptionist needed for busy pediatric practice in Weston, MA. Responsibilities include: greeting patients upon arrival for appointments, taking incoming phone calls, scheduling patient visits, confirming appointments, verifying insurance coverage, collecting co-payments and other balances due, and reviewing and routing Epic messages.
The ideal candidate will have a professional and friendly demeanor and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Epic is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Attention to detail and staying organized is a must! The receptionist is the first and last person each patient will encounter during a medical visit, therefore an attitude that is consistently welcoming, helpful and kind is required.
We will offer a $500 sign-on bonus to the right person for the job.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
