The candidate will work closely with the doctors and other members of our staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the examination of patients.
- Assist the physician in providing basic medical care to patients in the waiting area and initial examination room.
- Operate office equipment such as computer, photocopier, and telephone.
- Answer patient telephone calls; perform basic data entry and retrieval functions on computer; and create patient files using office management system.
- Prepare patients for examination and assist with procedures such as preparing and administering injections.
- Keep office areas clean and organized.
- Keep track of supplies in inventory.
- Take vital signs.
- Perform EKG.
- Obtain Samples.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
