Total Eye Care is a private practice optometry office located in Colleyville, TX. Our office is known for making our patients feel like they are not at a doctor's office but at Disneyland or guests at a 5-star hotel. If providing that level of service and care excites you then we want you on our team.
Are you an experienced and knowledgeable Optometry/Ophthalmology receptionist? If so, we want to talk to you! Eye Care experience is not required; however, experience as a receptionist is highly recommended.
This position will require managing the front desk and answering calls and emails. We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is comfortable multi-tasking and managing a variety of tasks. The successful candidate will be capable of working in an ever-changing environment and have experience using multiple computer programs while maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Front Desk experience preferred
- Good computer skills
- Able to type at least 30 wpm
- Detail-oriented, multitasker
- Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Upbeat, team player, with excellent communications skills
- Love working with the people
- Friendly phone voice
- Excellent people skills
- Answer incoming calls and/or direct calls.
- Screen visitors and patients as appropriate.
- Verify identification.
- Answer questions about the services provided by the clinic.
- Make appointments.
- Be able to communicate in a friendly and helpful manner with potential patients and visitors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
