Medical Receptionist

Our pediatric speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental health private practice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and families in a warm and friendly manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records
• Manage patient records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
• Assist therapists with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in customer service/hospitality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with kids and families preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
