Medical Receptionist

Dermatology Surgery Specialists is a medical practice in Grapevine. We value our employees as part of our medical team and are currently looking for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist. Prior medical or dermatology/Mohs surgery experience is a plus. Candidate must be willing to learn, work well with others, multi-task efficiently, be able to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly and enjoy working with patients and the team. Responsibilities includes welcoming patients, checking in patients for their medical visit, checking out patients, scheduling appointments, making appointment reminder calls, verifying insurance information, responding to patient questions, answering and directing incoming calls appropriately, and sending/faxing medical information. This job is for qualified candidates who can dedicate full time work.
