Key Responsibilities:

- Answer phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and provide reminders to clients.
- Respond to inquiries about services, treatments, and products offered.
- Check clients in and out for their appointments and process payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure client consultations and appointments are handled efficiently.
- Educate clients on pre-appointment requirements and post-treatment care.
- Uphold confidentiality agreements and maintain client privacy.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking retail products, and organizing promotional materials.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
- Support the management team with ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or relevant field is a plus.
- Prior experience in a spa, medical clinic, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Knowledge of spa booking systems is an advantage.
