Candidates must have EXCELLENT customer service skills, a professional presentation, and a readiness to work for a busy clinic. Candidates with a working knowledge of insurance or medical reception experience will be considered with priority.

This role:
- Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors with the highest level of customer service.
- Reply to patient questions (in person and other) promptly.
- Accurately collects and verifies patient demographic and insurance information.
- Accurately document all transactions and important information via Nextech.
- Collect payment(s) appropriately and accurately.
- Assist patients with registration.
- Follow standard check-in and check-out policies.
- Monitor wait time and communicate with patients as necessary.
- Keep waiting room and the front desk neat and tidy.
- Schedule appointments (follow-ups or other) according to practice guidelines.
- Understand and follow all applicable rules and regulations. (Internal policies and procedures, HIPAA, PCI compliance, etc…)
- Maintain a working knowledge of available products and services provided by Advanced Dermatology.

- High School diploma or equivalent education (examples include: GED, verification of home school equivalency, partial or full completion of post-secondary education, etc.)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of customer service or medical office experience required
