Core Experience:
- Medical Administration experience
- Must be able to work across all locations as needed - South Windsor, Avon, Cromwell
- Must be able to work a shift as early as 6:45AM(EST) as needed
- EMR Knowledge highly preferred
A Day in the Role:
- Patient scheduling, reminder calls, and follow-up appointments
- Checking in patients, verifying insurance as well as updating patient demographics in EMR
- Filing, faxing, scanning, general clerical work
- Communicating with patients via phone as well as office email
Work Environment:
- Onsite, renovated/high-tech office
- Hours: Monday - Friday - 8 hour shifts between 6:45AM-5:00PM(EST)
