Medical Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team. As a Chiropractic Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Schedule appointments for patients using our medical scheduling system
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-pays or payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and policies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow and patient satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment
