SalaryWe are looking for a pleasant personality and organized Executive Secretary/ Receptionist to join our animal care team.
In this administrative role you check-in our animal patients, update their records and owner information, schedule appointments, process payments. Answer, screen and exacute incoming phone calls. Excellent customer service, computer skills and are required. Multitasking and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
