Salary- Medical Receptionist wanted for a busy plastic surgery office. Offering a dynamic and fun and friendly place to work.
- Part time, 25 hours per week (Mondays and Thursdays 8 am - 6 pm, Wednesdays 1 pm - 6 pm).
- Duties consist of greeting patients, making appointments, telephone answering, entering registration information and charges, and occasional rooming of patients. Must be a “people person”, warm, and outgoing, enjoying team coordination with proper “fit” and presentation for the office setting. Looking for professionalism, positive attitude, calm demeanor, compassion, and caring.
- Knowledge and skills should include medical terminology, multitasking, speaking and writing style awareness, computer literacy, and keyboarding ability. Experience and commuting distance are considerations.
- Associate’s Degree or higher.
- Very competitive compensation.
