Front Desk Receptionist

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk area
- Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality

Skills:
- Proficient in using eClinicalWorks is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual is a must

We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who is detail-oriented, personable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical office setting.
