Medical Receptionist

We're seeking an individual with strong administrative skills and a passion for providing medical support to join our Primary Care team. The receptionist will be responsible for coordinating the flow of patients in the office, scheduling appointments and handling insurance-related matters. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a warm personality, the ability to multi-task effectively and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and forward calls as appropriate.
• Provide information to patients and visitors.
• See patients who have an appointment with a physician.
• Verify insurance information and copays.
• Keep patient records organized and up-to-date.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
