Duties
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Provide support to our CEO (and keep him organized)
- Independently manage projects
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Complete all work with a superior attention to detail and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
