Medical Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and determined receptionist with great interpersonal and customer service skills to join our team. Self-motivated and able to work as a team.

Major responsibilities include:

• Check-in and Check-out patients
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Managing patient flow
• Verifying insurance information
• Processing payments
• Performing optometric pre-tests

Past work experience:

• High school diploma/GED equivalent
• 1+ year(s) office experience as a Front Desk Receptionist
• Proficient in MS Office Suites (MS Excel, Word)

Skills:

• Quick Learner with the office EHR software
• Multi-tasker
• Professional Customer Service
• Eager to work as a Team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
