Medical Receptionist

As a Medical Receptionist / Medical assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. Seeking well qualified candidates with superb communication skills, and a dynamic personality. Must have exceptional multi-tasking abilities and the ability of working in a fast paced medical office.

Experience in checking eligibility and benefits from insurance websites. Must have exceptional organizational skills to carry out daily tasks with high quality and in a timely manner. Some of the tasks as Medical Receptionist include answering phones, EMR messages, scanning, faxing, verification of insurances and getting authorizations and referrals. If working as a medical assistant knowledge of taking vitals and medical history from the patient is required. Candidates will be required to provide professional references from previous jobs/ medical offices. Minimum of 2 year of continuous employment in a medical office is mandatory.

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Medical Receptionist / medical assistant
• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
