As a Medical Receptionist at Oklahoma Pain Management, you will be the first face people see when they arrive at our office. The impression you leave is lasting. You will be required to work with patients on a daily basis for multiple providers. Experience in the medical field is preferred. Position does require travel to our Norman and Shawnee location several times a month.
Duties - Below are the list of duties requires, but not limited, for the job.
Checking in patients for their office visit
Scheduling appointments
Sending referrals to other doctors
Managing a multi-line phone system
Collecting and processing money from patients
As well as other duties
Hours
7:45 - 4:30 Monday - Friday
