SalaryAxis HealthCare is looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team in Sapulpa!

This position requires someone with the following:
- Multi-phone line experience
- Great customer service
- Friendly phone voice
- Self-Motivated
- Can work in fast paced environment
- Familiar with medical terminology
- Multi-tasking ability
- Billing experience is a plus
- Good with money
- Comfortable asking for patient balances
Responsibilities would include:
- Checking patients in/out
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking eligibility
- Collecting appropriate co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance
- Collecting previous balances
- Setting up payment plans
- Schedule patient with appropriate Provider based on credentialing table
- Answering phones
- Sending messages to correct staff about refills, medical questions for patients, etc...
- Providing the best customer service possible
