We are a fast paced PRIVATE practice that requires a strong work ethic and ability to be "on top of your game" at all times. 9:00 am - 6:00 pm weekly, 40 hours a week is a must!
The job responsibility includes:
Experience with insurance is a MUST!! Knowledge of how to interpret EOB required along with the understanding of the difference between a copay, coinsurance and deductible.
Answering the phone with a smile!
Putting the patients first!
Showing compassion and willingness to pitch in at all times
Scheduling patients for office visit and surgical procedures
Verification of Benefits
Pre-Certification, prior authorizations, verification of benefits using Insurance portals
Chart Prep (still paper chart)
Keeping Doctors schedules balanced and smooth
Managing Front office in Full
Organization and Multi tasking
Following and Understanding Osha'
Over seeing billing packets for Billing Company
Scheduling testing and surgeries for out patient facility
OSHA
